Anyone else catch them with Hue & Cry on their recent tour? I saw them twice, and I doubt I would have heard of them otherwise.
I always go into music with an open mind, and when I went to see Honey Ryder perform with H&C at Manchester I thought I would give them a go and see what they had to offer. I was taken in by the sound immediately and even found myself humming along to the songs during the show. I bought the CD and was blown away by the sound which is altogether quite different to the acoustic live set that I heard. Many thanks to Lindsay & Martyn to take the time to chat after the show and it was great to see you again at Durham.
I have introduced the band to the rest of my family and we all love the CD. My 5 year old sings along to most of the songs and always asks me to play it when we go out in the car.
Top musicianship and excellent quality of songs. Thank you so much for giving us this music - now get yourselves up the A1/M1 again and play some more gigs near Leeds! Would love to see you play live again (especially with a full band!)
